small trip

 I went to "Teradomari" with my friends. I went there for the first time. I was really fun!! I've always wanted to go there. The seafood there was very delicious! I ate scallops and oysters. I want to go again!!

How to make chiffon cake

 Introduction Do you like sweets? I like sweets very much! I introduce how to make chiffon cake. "Chiffon" is a thin cloth woven of silk. It was named "Chiffon Cake" because the fabric was as fine as a thin silk fabric. The first cake I made was chiffon cake so chiffon cake is a cake with memories for me. I want you to know how delicious chiffon cake is, so I will introduce this recipe. Tools: bowl, pot, hand mixer, rubber spatula, whisk, chiffon cake mold,  ingredients:milk(60cc), tea(3g), 3egg yolk, suger(70g), salad oil(30cc), light flour(80g), 4egg white   1.First, make royal milk tea! Put milk in a pot and heat to just before boiling. Turn off the heat, add tea leaves and reheat. Turn off the heat, cover, and steam.   Hello, I'm Yuri.  I'm from Ishikawa. Ishikawa is famous for Kenrokuen. Kenrokuen is one of the most beautiful garden in Japan. You can see beautiful cherry blossoms in spring there. Also,there are many traditional buildings so you can enjoy sightseeing.    I like to travel. I went to Kyoto and Tochigi in this summer. I wore "kimono" in Kyoto. Kimono was very beautiful. I ate a lot of delicious food. I enjoyed beautiful landscape too. I went to music festival in Tochigi. My favorite artist is "Saucy Dog". There music is very nice. I enjoyed summer vacation.  My college life is good. I could meet best friends. Thanks to them, I can enjoy college life. But it is tired for me to get up early. I often miss train and be late for class. Also, Niigata is very cold so I worry about winter. I will drink soup in this winter.  Thank you.

X’mas Box

 My artifact is a small box depicting the Eiffel Tower. This is special for me. I got it six years ago on Christmas Day. I can't forget this day.  It's a strange experience for me, and it's a memory now.  Seven years later, I still have this box with great care.  On Xmas day, when I got up, I found my present.  I loved Xmas mornings because I can get a present. It was a stuffed dog. I was shocked. I wanted other thing.  I slept again and hoped that it had changed to something else.  But it didn't change.  Then I picked up the present and I find small box.  It was a small box with a picture of the Eiffel Tower.  I didn't know what it was.     I asked my parents, "Mom, what is this? Do you know this?"  Mom said, " I don't know."   Dad said, " I don't know too.    I thought it was strange.  No one knows the box.  But somehow I didn't think it was scary.  I really liked that box.
