Hello, I'm Yuri.

 I'm from Ishikawa. Ishikawa is famous for Kenrokuen. Kenrokuen is one of the most beautiful garden in Japan. You can see beautiful cherry blossoms in spring there. Also,there are many traditional buildings so you can enjoy sightseeing.

 

 I like to travel. I went to Kyoto and Tochigi in this summer. I wore "kimono" in Kyoto. Kimono was very beautiful. I ate a lot of delicious food. I enjoyed beautiful landscape too. I went to music festival in Tochigi. My favorite artist is "Saucy Dog". There music is very nice. I enjoyed summer vacation.

 My college life is good. I could meet best friends. Thanks to them, I can enjoy college life. But it is tired for me to get up early. I often miss train and be late for class. Also, Niigata is very cold so I worry about winter. I will drink soup in this winter.

    I never go to Kenrokuenn, so I want to go there. I don't like getting up early too.

    I've never visited Ishikawa, but I want to visit there next year! What food do you recommend in Ishikawa?

    Very beautiful picture! I'm planning to travel somewhere during spring vacation and I'm thinking go to Ishikawa.

 Introduction Do you like sweets? I like sweets very much! I introduce how to make chiffon cake. "Chiffon" is a thin cloth woven of silk. It was named "Chiffon Cake" because the fabric was as fine as a thin silk fabric. The first cake I made was chiffon cake so chiffon cake is a cake with memories for me. I want you to know how delicious chiffon cake is, so I will introduce this recipe. Tools: bowl, pot, hand mixer, rubber spatula, whisk, chiffon cake mold,  ingredients:milk(60cc), tea(3g), 3egg yolk, suger(70g), salad oil(30cc), light flour(80g), 4egg white   1.First, make royal milk tea! Put milk in a pot and heat to just before boiling. Turn off the heat, add tea leaves and reheat. Turn off the heat, cover, and steam. Use a tea strainer to grind and measure tea leaves. 2.Second, divide an egg into yolk and white. Loosen the yolk, add sugar, and stir until whitish. 3.Third, add oil to the salad and mix.
