How to make chiffon cake

 Introduction

Do you like sweets? I like sweets very much! I introduce how to make chiffon cake. "Chiffon" is a thin cloth woven of silk. It was named "Chiffon Cake" because the fabric was as fine as a thin silk fabric. The first cake I made was chiffon cake so chiffon cake is a cake with memories for me. I want you to know how delicious chiffon cake is, so I will introduce this recipe.

Tools: bowl, pot, hand mixer, rubber spatula, whisk, chiffon cake mold, 

ingredients:milk(60cc), tea(3g), 3egg yolk, suger(70g), salad oil(30cc), light flour(80g), 4egg white
 
1.First, make royal milk tea! Put milk in a pot and heat to just before boiling. Turn off the heat, add tea leaves and reheat. Turn off the heat, cover, and steam. Use a tea strainer to grind and measure tea leaves.









2.Second, divide an egg into yolk and white. Loosen the yolk, add sugar, and stir until whitish.

3.Third, add oil to the salad and mix. Add the royal milk tea twice and mix well each time.

4.Add flour, mix until uniform, add tea leaves, and mix.

5.After maked dough, make a meringue!! Cut the egg white and beat it to the point where it barely sticks to the wings.

6.Next, add 1/2 the amount of sugar, add the remaining sugar when the corner is firm enough to bow, and beat until the corner is firm.








7.After that place 1/3 of the meringue in 4 and mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula. Add 1/3 of the meringue and mix until marbled. Add the remaining third and mix with a whisk.





8.Pour into the mold vigorously from a high position and shake to flatten the surface.






9.Remove the air and bake in the oven.






10.After baking, cool the heat and remove it from the mold.








Suggestion 
This recipe uses tea to make chiffon cakes, but it can also be made with other flavors. If you want to make it with a different flavor, turn your tea into coffee powder or cocoa powder. However, please use cocoa powder without sugar. If you use sugar, it becomes too sweet. Too sweet is not good for your health, so please be careful. Enjoy various flavors of chiffon cake!!
